TL;DR I was double charged for the month of June, received several notices that my billing information was missing, and now my credit card in my PF account is simply, for unknown reasons, listed as "Diners." I looked at it and it's a $30 charge for planet fitness when my membership is $15/mo. (Which is why I didn't bother to cancel it to begin with until I was ready to go back). I called my club and they explained that over the last year (since September 2020) my primary payment failed monthly so they charged my secondary payment method.
