Have a few questions, hoping for some insight. New to Kratom. I went with Red leaf and White leaf raw MIT45 capsules. My understanding is the red strain will get u relaxed and the White will pick u up. I feel like I get the same experience from both (relaxed, chill, a bit buzzed) x8 capsules.
