So after that, there aren't many things that can go wrong (lol): you have to wait for the villagers working times for them to work. Twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. <Note if you're in creative and have the daylight cycle turned off and its noon or nighttime, they will never work>.
They will get in each others way. Even if it works for a bit. Failing to get to their beds will have the relink and things will break. Either put them in 1x1 pods. At least 2 or 3. For awhile the farm was instantly spawning golems then right after the raid it just stopped, next time im on ill just try to destroy there beds and maybe get new villagers or something if nothing works. That's the only issue I can think of. Or if the golems die too close to the villagers it staggers the golem spawns. Oh.This farm relies on villagers' usual behavior to spawn iron golems. Iron golems will only spawn if the villagers have slept within the last 20 minutes. This is why you got a few at first, but now the zombie is keeping them awake so the golems have stopped spawning. You need to change your design so that the villagers break eye contact with the zombie now and again.

Hi thanks for replying! I got the iron golem farm working already. Turns out it was because the villagers could not access their workstations. I had a glass block blocking them from accessing it, a big mistake on my end :P I built a simple iron farm in my world and it was working pretty well, getting around a stack in 15 minutes. So, I decided to build a mob farm close to it (around 3 chunks separating them) so that I could AFK in both at once. Both farms worked well for around an hour, until the iron golems stopped spawning.
