How to fix relic malfunction cyberpunk.

Relic malfunction won't go away. I'm guessing this is a bug but the glitchy effect from the relic that distorts everything and glitchy sounds has been going on for a while now. I've tried rebooting the game, reloading saves, getting drunk to see it that effect would cancel out the relic one but no luck. I already played through the game once ...
