Ddo wizard build.

My main is a Rogue 18/Artificer 2, which I really enjoy, but sometimes want to take a break and do something different. Pale Trapper for new players (Human 18/2 Wizard/Rogue) Updated version of this build for the enhancement pass. This is the basic Wizard/Rogue build for new players.
