2/23 I just got a new PB 850 Series at 10 am EST today. I am unable to connect the rig to the wifi app. I changed it to 2.4 mghz and it still does not work. The app is not allowing me to enter my network and password information manually. I called PB 5 times and they are sending me a new controller! Seriously? I had wifi connected with the PitBoss app on a new KC Combo, then it wanted me to update grill firmware. After that I was Bluetooth only. Today I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now I have both wifi and Bluetooth again after re-adding the grill. It also fixed the time zone, so now my "cooks" have the correct time.
