I feel like the ECM's gone bonkers and this temp fix seems to get me home. I was able to put this Centech reader/ diagnostic tool on the connector and pull this code. The P2135 was the only code present. There is an item on the diag list TP% that reads about 0.27% and increases as I press the throttle.
I noticed that if I cleared the code without doing any repairs the car would run great for anywhere between 3 and 5 days then the problem would return. After some research I replaced the throttle body actuator plug.
