My friend had his fold 3 screen protector replaced at a Samsung experience store near us for free. Took them about an hour. Bubbles were forming and I made appointment at Samsung experience store. I went to remove case and by time it was off there was a defect in screen from removing case.

There's nothing wrong with removing the inner screen protector. It's not like the original Fold where removing it destroyed the phone. Having the protector replaced through Samsung though will always be the best option. Also had the exact same problem. Original protector was peeling, had it replaced via Samsung free replacement. Last week, the replacement started peeling at the crease from the top to the middle of the screen. Had it replaced with a third party protector. Now the third party protector started peeling days after it got installed.
