I'm stuck with vault 79. Seems to be not activating certain checkpoints and Ra-Ra glitched through a door. Do both the Raider and Settler Quest lines up to the quest "side with Crater/Foundation". Doing those gets you reputation without having to totally grind it.

Which in itself requires to be Level 20, meet the Overseer (zero requirements for that, but at Level 20 you get a radio signal), finish "Ounce of Prevention", then tackle the entire Wastelander questline.
