Your Allison came with Dex-IV in it from GM, Dex-IV is a synthetic and a very good fluid. Doing a double drain is a waste of money personally. Change it to your fluid of choice and change it again 25k later. If you're going to deviate from Dex-IV pick and TES 668 fluid and sleep happy. I"m not sure what relay 1 or 2 is for the lift pump but all fuses seem to be fine and I have bench tested relay 1 and it seems to be fine. I'm gonna add also that the fuel gauge isn't working either. The L5P has new heads on it that flow much better and a new fuel injection system but the main engine is mainly the same. Main and oil cooling were increased to deal with the extra power.
