You could walk by it and you'll hear it clicking, BUT the moment you open the door any door it will quit. When you start the car it will go off for about 15 seconds then stop.Before installing the actuator I lined up the arrow to the open spot on the gear. I had the car turned off, but the battery was not unhooked. I installed the actuator and took out fuse 14 in the truck that said it control the HVAC, and then put it back in. TL/DR: My actuator is ticking. I think it's a bad actuator and I need to get a OEM one.
