Essentially the probably small group who worked on exfil streaks, is probably not able to otherwise tackle fixing a crash, like it's two different level of skillsets involved. I have an operator with like a 16 extract streak (even tho it somehow stops counting after 10 now) and my perks are: Double Time, Strong Arm, Scavenger, Bomb Squad, Cold Blooded, Focus, Fast Hands, Ghost, Spotter, Quick Fix.I think there was a problem early in the season with it and they fixed it later on, but you need to dismiss all the operators you have and start from scratch for the exfil streak to start counting correctly. The only time I've heard of this issue is in a team of 4+. The game only "checks" 3 bags on exfil, so don't exfil with more than 3 people on the heli. It could also just be bugs, I've had multiple missions that bug and don't track and had to be redone.
