I think the fact that they are iconic or whatever and can be remade isn't necessarily connected to this but there is, they say, a bug relating to iconic items with this flag. I haven't tried it yet because the crafting and upgrading options were so awful.

I just got cyberpunk on PC yesterday. I've been running into weird glitches, the most persistent is they my character preview in the inventory screen is stuck on a particular outfit from early in the game. No matter what I change out, it stays the same. Even if I close the inventory and open it again. My character model is just stuck. So janky!
