Posted March 28, 2017. so i noticed that in high level grineer missions (kuva floods/sorties with level ~90+ enemies) i have a much faster kill time using viral + electricity than i do using corrosive + colds despite corrosive supposedly the go-to anti grineer element. my weapon has a 50% status chance, so procs happen lots. Either way my best recommendation is to not slot 3 element mods, only 2. Use whatever combo element you want, Corrosive will be more ideal for withering away high level enemies - but keep in mind Fire based combos like Radiation are stronger thanks to the existence of P. Heated Charge and no other Primed elemental pistol mods.For a high level Steel Path environment adding heat, depending on the weapon, would take mod slots that could be used for better forms of dps increase. Nov 28, 2023 · That's just 1 frame from 50ish. in the past, corrosive didn't have a stack cap and could full-strip. it was nerfed because every single build required you to run corrosive basically (at the time, armor stripping abilities were also a percentage of remaining armor so a 50% strip would go 100 > 50 > 25 > 12.5 > 7.25 etc rather than 100 > 50 > 0)
