Very clean facility. The management styles vary by shift from professional and cooperative to defensive and combative. Third shift does not have to deal with much management and that is a plus. The shifts are 10-12+ hours and that is tough to get used to as you are being initiated, but the money is good if you're willing to sacrifice your time.Business Outlook. Pros. Pay is ok and benefits are good. Cons. Lots of perks and special considerations if you are in the right click with management. Your best bet is to be a buddy to one of them (outside of work). Unrealistic demands from managment and dont expect to have a life outside of work. Lots of favoritism.
