Since their just edits of the secure folder it should be easy but alas i cannot for the life of me find a program that will work. I tried NSPack Tool, it doesn't work at all. all it does is creates an NSP file thats roughly 332kb when the game itself is 2.0GB.

If you have an XCI, it will always be the base game without an update. Because you're on CFW and can't go online, it won't start the updating when putting the 'cart' in for the first time, so you must install it yourself. Updates CAN'T be on an XCI as an XCI is like a downloaded game cart, so the only way to update it is with an NSP. 13. Sobz0b.

Put the 4 files in the same folder. Make sure they are named consistently. (They should all have the exact same name except for the part number.) Use 7-zip to "extract" the first file "001"/"part1". (Mode 7), bascally put your 00,01,.. parts in a folder and drag the folder. That joiner allows ns0,xc0 and 00 files and then adds the ns*,xc*,0* files to process that have the same name. So basically: nsp folder\game1.ns0 will seeknsp folder\ game1.ns1, etc... nsp folder\00 will seek nsp folder\01 ...
