What I find documented here is a lack of training/interest displayed by some of the Volvo Service Departments.

The installs were reasonably straight forward. The rear required a little work to snake through a rubber harness to the rear lift gate. Then each driver profile can be synced up with the seat and mirror memory via the button M and button 1 and button 2 in driver door. I think all this is described in the user manual.
