Markath got a hidden chest by a wall next to the water/bridge east from the stables. It contains the inventory of the khajiit trade cravan that hangs outside Solitude. Outside Solitude by a bush there is a chest containing the inventory of the khajiit caravan outside Markarth. Making exploiting these two way more tedious than the Dawnstar one.
