When not blocking, the off blocker has to drop deeper on D than in indoors because their responsibility becomes the angle attack. Play D off the shoulders of your blockers, like you would normally. Make sure your technique is PERFECT. Shrug your shoulders hard to squeeze every inch out of your frame, and make sure any penetrating you do, if you're not soft blocking, is done by crunching your core and not by pushing your arms forward. Always be reaching up and adjust your angle with your core.
