LML runs a few seconds then dies. Preparing for the full delete and tunes, I installed a Fass 150 last week. Truck started and ran fine since. Yesterday I installed the S&B and a fuel filter delete. Also drilled manifold and installed egt probe. After heavy cranking the truck will start and run a few seconds then die.

I'm working on a 2010 Express 3500 with a 6.6 diesel. The van belong to Loomis. It has no crank and no start. Initial turn of key creates no action on dash light until activation of headlights seems to activate dash panel lights. Direct power to starter shows that starter will not crank. Fuses seems to be good. I replaced the relay center and ECM.Remove any dirt from the fuel filter head and vent valve. 5. Locate the fuel filter vent valve on top of the fuel filter housing. Turn the valve screw counterclockwise several full turns to open. 6. Locate the fuel filter priming pump on top of the fuel filter housing. Oct 13, 2014 · Possible someone shimmed the valve and lost parts-- COMMON. Pull the "U" hose from the fuel rail-- plug the hose. Connect a hose to the nipple on the fuel rail. Crank the engine--- any fuel coming out of the fuel rail nipple -- the FPRV is leaking fuel-- IT WILL NEVER START. And if my l5p isn't plugged in at night during this cold. The cam sensor is only used as a reference for the ECM so it knows which cylinder is at TDC. I would take a look at the crank sensor as well.
