This is all I have lol. For me, Uwoooorld CARS taught me that every answers have a tangible explanation and backed up by a specific evidence in the passage. Not too sure if it’s harder or easier but at least taught me that skill. Personally I think it's a lot easier than Jack Westin. But I also think AAMC is too.

Be warned that once you get to the last 200 questions or so, the difficulty level is very high and the topics, slightly obscure – still good practice though! UWorld on the whole can be harder than the AAMC, but that is a pro, and as a general rule of thumb you want to be scoring in the high 70s-80s percent accuracy on the questions. UWorld is, on average, slightly harder than AAMC. Relative difficulty imo would look like: CARS QP1 > UWorld, FL1 > average MCAT CARS section. I've been getting 70-80% on UWorld, which I think agrees with my FL1 CARS score of 127. Keep in mind I've also done all of TPR 2016, EK101, and NS108.The first 60 questions of AAMC CARS qpack 1 are known for being notoriously difficult and not at all representative of the real exam. There are people on this subreddit who have gotten less than 50% correct on the first half of that qpack and ended up with CARS scores of 130+ on the actual MCAT.
