Black Ops servers are ups and friends can't connect. When it happens, I have tried rebooting the router, Xbox console, playing other COD versions without issue. Seems to last for 24 hours and then start working again. Have run the network test with no issues and no "more info" prompt either.

It's crazy that a game that came out over 8 years ago is still at full price. Use G2A. If you're on PC just look up Bo2 plutonium. It's like a free version with its own serves.
