Here in San Diego we have a precision flying series called EMAC which is limited to electric powered planes. The EF 78" Extra 300 seemed like the perfect platform for this series, so a number of us did a group buy. This DLE 65cc is a horse of an engine according to our customer feedback. It is our best selling single cylinder engine. Install a Bowman ring and you really have something that will blow out any engine in it's class. Please give comparison between DLD 65 and GP 61 using Falcon 24-9 in 3D plane.

You should get 7000-7200 on a can, bit more on stock mufflers or tuned pipe. Really any engine from a DA60/DLE61/GP61single to the DA70 and GP76 twins should fly 90inch planes well. a 60 single on a pipe will make it light and floaty, big twin will make it a rocket.
