Can't get 3DS to save themes upon reboot. As the title states I am having an issue where when I set any theme and reboot, it then reverts to the plain white theme. I saw where format cluster size matters but was wondering if anyone could give me a sure fire way to fix it? Looks like you'll need to enable Game Patching in the Luma settings.
